How to Make Crepes
About this Recipe
Crepes are like pancakes but much thinner and lighter in texture. You can get creative with crepes. You can serve it sweet or savory. But I prefer my crepe filling sweet especially with fresh fruits.
When we traveled to Japan, we went to Harajuku and it was crepe heaven! There crepes are not just pretty but they were delicious. Believe it or not, I finished 3 crepes. Strawberry, banana and creme brulee crepes. It was so gooooood! Here in Cebu, every time we go to SM, we usually stop by Crazy Crepes. That’s how I love these simple yet delicious dessert.

Step by Step Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and no more lumps. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Spread a thin layer of butter on the pan and pour batter while tilting the pan to cover the pan with the crepe mixture.
Cook until sides are dry and the center is set. Slowly lift the crepe using a spatula and flip it to cook the other side.
Fill it with your desired filling, either sweet or savory. You can stack crepes and store it in the fridge for later use just like lumpia wrappers.
